Luisa Romana currently serves as a Quality Analyst I at Adventist HealthCare, where expertise in clinical, regulatory, and data analysis is applied to enhance patient outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. In addition, Luisa holds roles as the President of the Upilson Phi Delta club and as a Graduate Assistant in Health Programs at the University of Baltimore. Prior experience includes positions as a Patient Care Coordinator at MIND ALGN, a Research Assistant at Fundación Universitaria María Cano, and an IT Service Desk Assistant at the University of Maryland.
