Phillip Petty has vast experience in the field of design and conceptualization. phillip started their career in 1997 as an Exhibit Designer at 1220 Exhibits. From there, they worked as an Environmental Graphic Designer at Gresham, Smith and Partners before joining Paramount Parks as an Environment Graphic Designer in 2001. In 2003, they became a Designer at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting before returning to Gresham, Smith and Partners as a Senior Designer in 2005. In 2008, they established their own company, August Design Studio, where they worked as the Owner until 2010. At Ovation, they served as an Experience Designer from 2010 to 2012. Then, they joined Advent as a Senior Conceptual Designer from 2012 to 2015. phillip subsequently worked at Gresham Smith and Partners as the Branded Environments Leader from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Design Director at Advent, starting in March 2020. Throughout their career, Phillip has gained significant expertise in the design industry and has held various leadership roles.

Phillip Petty attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1994 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a specialization in Graphic Design.
