Kathryn Roberson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kathryn currently works at Advent as a Special Project Manager, where they successfully managed a 30-person company downsizing and relocation project without any productivity losses. Kathryn is also responsible for planning the relocation to a new building in 2023, including coordinating furniture layout, purchasing resources, and communicating with vendors.
Before joining Advent, Kathryn pursued a Master's degree in Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary from 2020 to 2022.
From 2013 to 2020, Kathryn owned and operated Manifest Learning, a life coaching and scholastic consulting practice, specializing in ADHD coaching. Kathryn worked with clients to discover their goals, develop action plans, and provide accountability and encouragement.
Prior to Manifest Learning, Kathryn served as the Church Management Software Administrator at Otter Creek Church of Christ from 2009 to 2011. Their responsibilities included directing the data conversion from Outlook to Fellowship One, setting up online forms and payment features for event registrations and contributions.
Kathryn also worked as the Development Director at The Otter Creek School from 2008 to 2009, where they created and managed a database and executed a fundraising plan for a $2.5 million building campaign. Earlier, Kathryn chaired the Advisory Board at The Otter Creek School from 2001 to 2008, overseeing budgeting, fundraising campaigns, and volunteer coordination.
Additionally, Kathryn held positions as the Marketing Office Manager at Youth Encouragement Services from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they owned their own business, Will Works, from 1995 to 1997. Kathryn also taught Business, Journalism, and Software Applications at David Lipscomb High School from 1992 to 1995.

Kathryn Roberson began their education journey in 1985 at Lipscomb University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education in 1989.
