Michelle O'Kelley, CSP, brings extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently, Michelle serves as the Director of HR Solutions and Director of Client Operations at Advent Talent Group, an award-winning recruiting agency since March 2005. Previously, from 1996 to 2004, Michelle worked as an Agent at Randstad/Accustaff, focusing on recruiting and client portfolio management. Earlier in the career, from 1988 to 1996, Michelle held the position of Director of Career Services at MN School of Business, where responsibilities included placing graduates and developing support resources for students. Michelle's educational background includes studies at Iowa State University.
