Kerrin Giordano possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management within prominent financial organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Advent International, Kerrin previously held the position of Talent Director at Stirling Square Capital Partners. Prior to these roles, Kerrin served as Vice President and Executive Director of Human Capital Management for Asset Management at Goldman Sachs, focusing on M&A People Strategy and Learning & Development initiatives. Kerrin holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and has a foundational education from Marist College.
