Grace Burrows is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management across diverse sectors. Currently serving as COO at Campwell Farm since June 2024, Grace integrates vision, strategy, and operational flow to enhance the eco-village experience. As Managing Director at Advaya since January 2022, Grace is instrumental in delivering transformative e-learning in ecology and consciousness. Previously, Grace held multiple roles at Work.Life from October 2015 to December 2020, including Strategic Projects Manager and Head of Membership, achieving significant operational and revenue improvements. Early career experiences include roles at the Royal Academy of Arts and founding Arrow-Makers Ltd, alongside various hospitality positions. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Anthropology from The London School of Economics and Political Science and additional educational qualifications from the University of Cambridge and other institutions.
