Emily Winger has diverse work experience in the client services and compliance roles. Emily is currently working at Advarra as the Director of Client Success since April 2023, and previously served as the Associate Director of Client Success since March 2021. Before joining Advarra, Emily worked as the Lead Service Administrator (US) at Power Electronics from September 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Advarra as the Senior Client Services Coordinator from April 2019 to September 2019. Emily also has experience working at Chesapeake IRB (now Advarra) as the Senior Client Services Coordinator from February 2016 to April 2019, and at Compass IRB, LLC, where they held the positions of Senior Director of Compliance from January 2014 to February 2016 and Project Lead from April 2008 to January 2014.

Emily Winger has an Associate of Science degree in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from Scottsdale Community College. Emily has also obtained additional certifications, including the CITI Good Clinical Practice Course and CITI Program - Human Subject Protection Course from CITI Program, and the Certified IRB Professional (CIP) certification from PRIM&R.
