Susan Guchardi has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Susan is currently the Director of Global Patient Support Programs at ADVANZ PHARMA, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Intercept Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director of Patient Support Programs from January 2020 to August 2023.

Susan also has experience at Merck, where they held various roles such as Manager of Patient Support Programs from June 2018 to January 2020, Manager of Specialty Services from November 2011 to January 2020, and Manager of Patient Support Services from October 2011 to January 2020.

Before joining Merck, Susan worked at Biogen Idec as a Patient Services Manager for a brief period in 2011. Susan also has experience at Novartis, where they worked as a Regional Clinical Specialist from October 2009 to November 2010 and as a Disease Area Specialist from August 2007 to October 2009.

Susan's career began at Pfizer Canada Inc, where they held multiple roles including Regional Learning Manager from June 2006 to March 2007, Field Sales Trainer from February 2003 to June 2006, Therapeutic Training Manager from February 2001 to February 2003, Field Sales Trainer from February 1999 to February 2001, and Pharmaceutical Sales Representative from August 1998 to January 1999. Susan started their career in the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Sales Representative at Janssen-Ortho Inc from June 1991 to July 1998.

Susan Guchardi attended Banting Memorial High School for an unspecified period of time. Susan later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Physiology and Molecular Genetics at the University of Toronto Mississauga. Susan also obtained a certification in Masterclassâ„¢ IV - PSP Finances (Part One & Two) from The Cadence Learning Company in 2022.
