Karl H. has a diverse work experience in the pharmacy field. Karl is currently the Director of Pharmacy Supply Chain Services Programs at Advantus Health Partners, where they oversee pharmacy contractual agreements and provides supply chain services. Prior to this role, Karl worked at VCU Health System, where they served as the Pharmacy Supply Chain and Operations Manager, overseeing pharmaceutical supply chain and related business aspects. Karl also completed a PGY-2 Pharmacy Administration Resident program, gaining clinical and administrative skills necessary for health-system pharmacy leadership. Additionally, Karl has experience as a Co-Owner at Pharmacy Automation and Engineering, LLC, a Pharmacy Technician at Michael's Pharmacy, and a Pharmacy Technician at Rite Aid Pharmacy.

Karl H. holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the same institution between 2008 and 2012. Their undergraduate studies in Pre-Pharmacy were completed at Emory & Henry College from 2005 to 2008, focusing on Chemistry and Biology.
