Helen Major is an experienced professional in healthcare management and technology, currently serving as a Senior Application Analyst for Epic at AdvantageCare Physicians since January 2013, where responsibilities include maintaining SER and building/modifying provider schedules. Prior to this role, Helen has worked at Manhattan's Physician Group as an Implementation Coordinator since 2006 and held the same title at Manhattan Physicians Group from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Helen was the Regional Director for Continuum Health Partners/IUFH from October 2000 to April 2006, overseeing six health centers and a school program in Lower Manhattan, and is recognized as an EPIC super user. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Sociology, and Political Science from The City College of New York.
