Karen Kraft is an experienced creative leader with a robust background in visual production and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Creative & Marketing at Advantage Design Group since December 2023, Kraft previously held significant roles at Mohawk Industries, where responsibilities included managing creative campaign production and photo/video studios from March 2017 to May 2023. Prior experience includes positions at The Tennessean as a Digital Content Strategist and Senior Video Editor from July 2010 to April 2017, along with a tenure at The Daily News Journal as a Web Editor and Photographer from May 2003 to July 2010. Starting as a Photographer & Writer at The Independent Florida Alligator during their studies, Kraft holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Journalism from the University of Florida and an Associate's Degree in Journalism from Palm Beach State College.
