Benjamin Gernert has a diverse work experience in various industries. Benjamin began their career in 2007 as a Server Assistant at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Marketing Intern at High Field & Open MRI. In 2010, they joined Panera Bread and served as an Associate Trainer & Catering Manager until 2014. Benjamin then worked at MARKS MATTRESS OUTLET as a Sales and Marketing Manager from 2013 to 2014. Benjamin continued their career at OX Foundation Solutions, LLC as a Sales and Marketing Manager in 2014 and at Panera Bread as a Senior Marketing & Sales Manager from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they became the General Manager of Tradehome Shoes. Currently, since January 2022, they are the Director of Business Development at Advantage Concepts, Inc, where they previously held the role of Director of Digital Marketing from 2018 to 2022.

Benjamin Gernert received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Kentucky Country Day School from 2002 to 2007.
