Judd Ireland's work experience includes various roles in talent acquisition and management. Judd is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Advantage Behavioral Health, where they oversee the recruitment process to improve the lives of clients struggling with behavioral health and substance use conditions. Prior to this, Judd held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at the same company.

Before joining Advantage Behavioral Health, Judd worked as the Director of Talent Management at Innovative Consulting & Management Services, LLC (ICMS). Judd also served as a Consultant at Astor & Sanders, where they focused on providing quality information technology solutions.

In addition, Judd has experience as a Business Solutions Manager at Roth Staffing and as a Recruiter at Corporate Brokers, Ultra Electronics, 3eTI, USI, Signature Consultants, and Manpower. Throughout their career, Judd has demonstrated expertise in recruiting, developing recruitment strategies, managing staff, and implementing best practices for hiring.

Judd Ireland earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from McDaniel College between 1998 and 2002.
