Robia Soliz has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in management and operations within scientific and healthcare fields. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at RCSV Consulting and the Quality Operations Manager at HISTOLOGY ASSOCIATES since April 2021, Robia also holds the position of Laboratory Manager at Advanta Genetics. Previous roles include Method Development Chemist at Delek US Holdings, Inc., and LCMS Chemist/General Supervisor at Advanta Genetics. Additional experience includes teaching as a Science Instructor at Winona Middle School and working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Brookshire Grocery Company. Academically, Robia earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Tyler.
