Rached Ourari is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager at Advans Microfinance Network since January 2020. Rached is responsible for IT infrastructure development and digital transformation, overseeing key projects such as the migration of the Core Banking System and the transition to O365, as well as designing secure SD-WAN architecture. Previously, Rached held roles as IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, where responsibilities included managing a security team and developing security configuration standards, and as Administrator Support Infra and Security at Advans Tunisie, overseeing security across multiple international sites and supporting the local infrastructure team. Rached also has experience as a Network and Systems Administrator, focusing on IT security for Advans group subsidiaries.
