Amy Flood is the Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer at Corcept Therapeutics, a position held since July 2021. Additionally, Amy serves as a Board Member for Point Source Youth, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending homelessness among young people, and is recognized as an AWE Leader at Advancing Women Executives. Prior to these roles, Amy was the Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at Gilead Sciences from January 2000 to June 2021, overseeing external and internal communications, advocacy, and corporate philanthropy. Amy also contributed as a Member of the Board of Trustees for AIDS United from 2012 to December 2019. Earlier in Amy's career, Amy worked as an Account Supervisor at Noonan/Russo Communications. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Johns Hopkins University, completed in 1997.
