Peggy O'Rourke has extensive experience in the accounting and healthcare management sectors. Since January 2010, Peggy O'Rourke has been with AdvanceWare, Inc., specializing in accounting for software solutions that enhance efficiency in the sales and manufacturing processes of customizable products. Prior to this role, Peggy O'Rourke owned TheKitchenPond, Inc., which was rebranded as AdvanceWare, Inc. in 2011. Peggy O'Rourke's earlier experience includes managing patient registration for WellSpan Health from 1996 to 2002 and serving as Registration Manager at Community Hospital of Lancaster from 1989 to 1996. Peggy O'Rourke began a career in management as Office Manager for Irwin H. Forman, MD, from 1979 to 1989. Academic qualifications include studies at Penn State University.
