Ty Sheehan currently serves as the Director at AdvanceRec and is the Founder of AdvanceRec under EQ Group, with both roles commencing in September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at Strativ Group from September 2022 to August 2024, and as a Recruitment Executive at Energize Group from November 2021 to September 2022. At Energize Group, Ty contributed to the recruitment of technology professionals across Europe, supporting various start-ups and consulting firms.
