Jennifer Dillon is a seasoned communications and fundraising professional with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Communications at Advancement Project, Jennifer has successfully restructured the communications team and led a comprehensive rebranding effort. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Communications Director for the National Domestic Workers Alliance, where Jennifer established the organization’s first full-time communications team and developed impactful strategies that garnered significant media coverage. Jennifer's earlier roles encompass various leadership positions in fundraising and development across multiple organizations, including the Restaurant Opportunities Centers United and Interfaith Worker Justice, demonstrating a strong track record in financial management and capacity building. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Anthropology, African American Studies, and Performing Arts from Beloit College.
