Andi Ryder has extensive experience in development and fundraising across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Development at Advancement Project since May 2018, Andi has previously held positions including Fundraising Consultant and Chief Advancement Officer at Brave New Films, Deputy Director of Development and Interim Director of Institutional Advancement at the Center for Community Change, and Director of Membership Development at The Democracy Alliance. Additional roles include Manager of Donor Relations at the National Park Foundation and Leaders of Change Manager at United Way of Buffalo & Erie County. Andi also contributed as Vice President of Community Development for Planned Parenthood of Niagara County and Associate Director of Development at Studio Arena Theatre. Andi holds a degree from Niagara University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
