Parthajeet Sarma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace management and architectural consulting. As the Founder Director of iDream Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. since February 2003, Parthajeet has focused on creating evidence-based, employee-centric workplace experiences to help organizations attract and retain talent. In addition, Parthajeet serves as a Senior Associate at Advanced Workplace Associates, contributing to complex projects that transform work environments. Previous roles include Associate Director at DNA Consulting, where Parthajeet led operations and business development, and Assistant Manager at Colliers International, providing real estate asset management consulting. Parthajeet holds an MBA from IISWBM and a Bachelor of Architecture from Sir J J College of Architecture, along with attending the Chevening Rolls Royce Science & Innovation Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford in 2014.
