Lark Richardson is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in financial management and leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Advanced Upstream Ltd. since July 2018, Lark has been integral in collaborating with completion engineers. Prior to this role, Lark was the Managing Director at Vada Capital from April 2013 to July 2018, where partnerships with management teams were fostered to drive growth across various industries. Additional experience includes positions as VP Finance at Titan Energy Services, Director of Finance at Peak Energy Services Trust, and Controller at Datalog Technology. Lark holds a CMA designation from CMA-Alberta and a Business Diploma in Accounting and Business/Management from Mount Royal University.
