Jeyhun Najafli is an experienced executive in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Advanced Upstream Ltd. since July 2018, where the focus is on innovative completions tools, particularly the Limitless Frac System. As the founder of SpellQuiz since January 2018, Jeyhun Najafli combines educational content with technology to create applications for youth learning. Prior experience includes directing coiled tubing research and engineering at Baker Hughes and various leadership roles at Schlumberger spanning over 14 years, where responsibilities included managing significant operations across Russia and Central Asia, as well as technical sales and education in coiled tubing services. Jeyhun Najafli holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Chemical Technology from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
