Dillen Hartley serves as Co-Owner of the Development Learning Institute (DLI) since 2011, collaborating with Speech and Language Pathologist Cheryl Rigdon to create the parent company for the Dan the Dog learning series. In addition, Dillen holds the role of Presenter and Clinical Advisory Board Member for Interactive Metronome since 2005, where responsibilities include developing certification courses and webinars for providers worldwide. Dillen is also Co-Owner of Advanced Therapy Solutions, managing six outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy clinics alongside Business Partner Niel Visser, PT. Previously, Dillen presented an Advanced Stroke seminar in partnership with Emory University professors and served as a guest lecturer at Greenville Technical College. Dillen began a career in Occupational Therapy at Mary Black Health System, managing patient assessments and treatments across various rehabilitative settings. Dillen earned a degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Pretoria between 2001 and 2005.
