Paula Allen has extensive work experience in various program management and leadership roles.

Paula currently works as a Program Manager at Advanced Technology Systems Company since October 2022.

Prior to this, they served as a Program Manager at Forward Slope, Inc. from April 2021 to October 2022.

Paula also worked at Viasat Inc. where they held several roles, including Program Manager for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance from June 2018 to April 2020, Logistics Program Manager from January 2017 to May 2018, Senior Manager for After Market Services from June 2013 to January 2017, and Manager for After Market from March 2010 to May 2013.

Paula also has experience as a Production Supervisor at CYMER INC (Qualstaff) from October 2009 to March 2010, and as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Qualcomm from January 1998 to August 2009.

Paula began their career at Motorola, where they worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor from January 1997 to January 1998 and as a Manufacturing Specialist from January 1995 to January 1997.

Paula also served as a Private First Class in the US Army from 1989 to 1993.

Paula Allen's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and a certificate in Spanish from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. Paula also attended Western Michigan University from 1986 to 1988, where they pursued a general studies program. Paula has obtained various certifications, including "Women in Leadership" and "Become a Government Project Manager" from LinkedIn in July and June 2020, respectively. Paula has also completed certifications in project management and Microsoft Project 2019. In May 2020, Paula completed a certification preparation course for Project Management Professional (PMP)®. Additionally, they have completed a course on "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" in May 2020.
