Samir Louis is an experienced MEP Tendering Manager at Advanced Technology Services since July 2015, overseeing the entire tender process and leading cross-functional teams for comprehensive bid submissions. Previous roles include Deputy Tendering Manager and Tendering Head of Mechanical at ATS, where responsibilities included team leadership, strategic planning, and technical guidance. Louis has also served as Tendering Head of Mechanical at Siemens and has significant experience as a supervisory mechanical tender engineer and senior mechanical tender engineer. Earlier experience includes mechanical engineering supervision projects at Mechanical Electrical Design and technical office roles at the German University in Cairo and Egyptian solar energy systems, where responsibilities ranged from HVAC design to pricing and proposal submissions. Samir Louis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from Zagazig University.
