Tammy S. currently serves as the Assistant Director of Program Management at the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) since July 2023. Previously, Tammy held the role of Program Analyst at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) from October 2018 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes positions as a Program Analyst at ECS Federal, LLC and a Contracts and Program Analyst at Gryphon Technologies, LC. Additional roles include Deputy Program Manager at System Planning Corporation, Project Coordinator at both Information Management Group, Inc. and NeuralIQ Government Services, Inc., and Vice President of Operations at Blackwater Worldwide. Tammy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Old Dominion University, supplemented by education at Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología.
