Ricarda MacDonald MCIPS is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in responsible procurement and sustainability in the higher and further education sector. Currently serving as Head of Responsible Procurement at APUC since April 2013, Ricarda has held various roles, including Responsible Procurement Manager and Development & Sustainability Manager. Prior experience includes Procurement / Supply Chain Manager at Glasgow Clyde College, where Ricarda led procurement initiatives and mentored a team. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen. Ricarda has further enhanced expertise through formal training and internships in procurement and environmental planning.
