Xin Yang has extensive experience in the field of optoelectronics and laser technology, currently serving as General Manager and Assistant to the President at Advanced Optowave Corporation since September 2017. Previously, Xin held roles as Senior Scientist at INNO Laser Technology Co. Ltd. and as an R&D Manager and Account Manager at Optoplex Technology. Early professional experience includes a position as a GSM Software Testing Engineer at ZTE. Xin holds a PhD in Optoelectronics and an MSc in Radio Frequency Communication Systems from the University of Southampton, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from Shanghai University.
