Eric Kaisinger has worked in the engineering field since 1975. Theircareer began at Time Warner Cable, where they held the role of Engineer and was responsible for system engineering, design, and headends. Eric also supervised field and technical staff, and was responsible for all required FCC and corporate testing. In 1987, they moved to TCI where they held the role of Engineer and was responsible for system design, supervising technical staff, and all testing and compliance requirements for FCC and corporate. In 1989, they began working as an Engineer at Sumitomo Electric Lightwave. In 2001, they returned to AMT as a Staff Engineer, where they were responsible for headends, engineering design equipment testing, and modifying equipment for customer requirements. In 2006, they moved to Charter Cable, where they held the role of State Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for engineering, field design upgrades, fiber plant, HFC, RF plant, headends, computers, testing, and plant maintenance. Eric was also responsible for compliance and all FCC requirements, as well as FCC filings and required testing. In 2007, they returned to AMT as a Staff Engineer, where they were responsible for designing digital headends, HFC, outside plant, fiber optics networks, and working with all types of equipment, electronics, and fiber optics testing. Eric was also responsible for documenting digital headends for Arris Nas-Rac and NAS, RF plant design, HFC fiber systems, RF levels and testing, design drawings, and document creation equipment updates. Finally, they were responsible for test equipment calibration.

Eric Kaisinger has a varied educational history, having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from NCSU, an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Davidson Tech, a Telecommunication Infrastructure Planning degree from Washington State University, an Encoding degree from Zenith, a Hughes AML degree in Microwave from Hughes, and both an Advanced Technician and Tech 1 degree in technical from N.C.T.I.
