Erik L. has extensive experience in project management and leadership within the engineering and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Lake Township Trustee for the State of Indiana since May 2018 and as a Director at Northeastern Remc since April 2017. Erik holds the position of Vice President at Advanced Machine & Tool (AMT), a company known for its expertise in production automation with nearly four decades in the electric motor industry, a role held since July 2009. Previously, Erik was a Senior Program/Project Manager at Hirata Corporation of America from December 2007 to July 2009, managing global factory equipment projects for major clients such as Intel and Continental Tire. Erik's career began at Micropulse as Sales/Engineering Manager and included roles at LH Carbide as a Toolmaker. Educational qualifications include a BSBA in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force.
