Joe Orlando is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a Training and Delivery Consultant at Erie Insurance Group since August 2023, while also working as an Educational Consultant for Advanced Learning Partnerships, Inc. since March 2021. Previously, Joe held the position of Director of Elementary Education at Millcreek Township School District from July 2017 to August 2023, focusing on coaching and developing school leaders and leading professional development initiatives. Joe's extensive career also includes roles as an Administrator and Teacher at Erie's Public Schools from August 1994 to July 2017, and as a Professor at Grand Canyon University from October 2010 to December 2015. Joe holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from PennWest Edinboro and a bachelor's degree from Gannon University.
