Chaim Aaron Hertz, LNHA, has been working in the healthcare industry since 2014. Chaim Aaron began their career as Director of Operations at Tashbar of Lakewood. In 2017, they became Administrator in Training at Aristacare LLC. In 2018, they were promoted to Assistant Administrator at Aristacare @ Cedar Oaks. In 2019, they became Administrator at Fountainview Care Center. In 2020, they were promoted to Administrator at Majestic Oaks: Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Most recently, in 2021, they were promoted to Chief Innovation Officer at Advanced Entry and also became Administrator at MYSTIC MEADOWS REHAB & NURSING CENTER.

Chaim Aaron Hertz, LNHA, obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Excelsior University. In 2017, they obtained a Real Estate License from the Kaplan School for Real Estate. In 2018, they completed the LNHA Course from Longtree and Associates in the field of Healthcare.
