Antonio Ismael Santamaría Jimenez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Antonio Ismael started their career as a Laboratory Technician at the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (Instituto de Cerámica y Vidrio) in 2000 and continued in that role until December 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. In 2014, they joined ADParticles, a Spanish company based in Madrid, where they held the position of Customer Service and Production Responsible until January 2019. Antonio Ismael then transitioned into the role of Production Manager at ADParticles, where they currently work. ADParticles is a world leader in the manufacture of raw materials for cosmetics, with a distribution network across 48 countries and support from CSIC, Spain's highest scientific research institute.

Antonio Ismael Santamaría Jimenez began their education in 1996 at E.I.S. San Fernando, where they earned a degree in Environmental Health. Antonio Ismael then went on to pursue further studies at E.I.S. Virgen de La Paloma from 1998 to 1999, obtaining a degree as a Technician in Environmental Chemistry. Following this, Antonio enrolled in the Professional Development Program in Sustainable Innovation at Escuela de Organización Industrial.
