Fernando Pedroza Saavedra is an experienced Production Manager with a robust background in the manufacturing and automotive sectors. Currently employed at Advanced Composites since September 2021, Fernando oversees four production areas within the industrial sector, managing a team that includes a Production Superintendent, 12 supervisors, and over 350 operators across three shifts. Previously, Fernando served as Production Manager at Flex from July 2019 to September 2021, and held the position of Business Unit Production Manager at Eaton Automotive from November 2015 to July 2019, managing key assembly rooms and working with major OEM customers. Fernando's career began as a Senior Process Engineer at Texas Instruments, and educational credentials include a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Productivity & Quality Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an Engineer's Degree in Digital Electronics from Instituto Tecnológico de Aguascalientes.
