Nicole Da Rocha is a seasoned professional in the field of audiology and consumer engagement, currently serving as the Senior Manager for International Consumer Engagement and Support at Advanced Bionics since April 2019. With a strong background in business development, Nicole has previously specialized in consumer journey mapping and awareness programs related to aural rehabilitation. In addition to current responsibilities, Nicole volunteers as a chair member at the Health and Care Professions Council, adjudicating allegations concerning hearing aid dispensers. Prior roles include senior diagnostic product specialist and clinical trainer at Natus Hearing and Balance, as well as clinical audiologist at Royal Surrey County Hospital. Nicole's academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Pathology and Audiology from the University of Pretoria.
