Francesco Ricigliano has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. In 2017, they worked at Survey Sampling International as an IT Systems Analyst, where they upgraded employee computers, resolved technical issues, and created a program for software license monitoring. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the President of the Student Government Association at Eastern Connecticut State University. In this role, they managed a $1 million budget and distributed funds to campus organizations, clubs, and student services. Francesco also worked with various stakeholders to represent the student body. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Economic Development Assistant at Windham Town Hall, Office of Economic Development, where they provided support for programs and businesses in the town. In 2019, they also worked as a Quality Analyst at Envision Pharma Group, where they tested and troubleshot software programs and assisted with client communications. In 2020, Francesco founded their own online retail company called Schup Brothers LLC, where they conducted research, analysis, and sourcing of unique products. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at AdvanceCT as a Senior Associate, Business Development, Technology, responsible for attracting technology companies to Connecticut and generating leads. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they were a Business Development Associate at AdvanceCT, focusing on lead generation and supporting business attraction initiatives. In 2021, they briefly worked as a Temporary Business Manager at Owen Tool & Manufacturing Company. Throughout their work experience, Francesco has demonstrated skills in business development, technology, research, and analysis.

Francesco Ricigliano completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at Eastern Connecticut State University from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they obtained several certifications including "Corporate Location Decision Making and Location Determinants" from Wavteq in March 2023, "New England Economic Development" from the International Economic Development Council in December 2021, and "Business Foundations Specialization - University of Pennsylvania" from Coursera in May 2021.
