Francesco Ricigliano has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. In 2017, they worked at Survey Sampling International as an IT Systems Analyst, where they upgraded employee computers, resolved technical issues, and created a program for software license monitoring. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the President of the Student Government Association at Eastern Connecticut State University. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at AdvanceCT as a Senior Associate, Business Development, Technology, responsible for attracting technology companies to Connecticut and generating leads. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they were a Business Development Associate at AdvanceCT, focusing on lead generation and supporting business attraction initiatives. In 2021, they briefly worked as a Temporary Business Manager at Owen Tool & Manufacturing Company. Francesco Ricigliano completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at Eastern Connecticut State University from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they obtained several certifications including "Corporate Location Decision Making and Location Determinants" from Wavteq in March 2023, "New England Economic Development" from the International Economic Development Council in December 2021, and "Business Foundations Specialization - University of Pennsylvania" from Coursera in May 2021.
