Garrett Mears is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading and advising startups and technology firms. Serving as the Startup CTO and Technical Advisor at Garrett Mears since 2016, Mears also holds positions as an Engineering Council member at Hazy and as a Fractional CTO for Outcomes Based Healthcare. Previously, Mears was Interim CTO at LloydsDirect and held several key roles, including Founding Partner at Seedcloud and Consulting CTO at Ravensmark Limited. Notably, Mears transformed Coniq, a loyalty and customer engagement platform, fostering significant revenue growth, and led the successful launch of the s[edition] platform, gaining international recognition. Mears holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master's in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
