Peggy Sandall-Bertrand, CTS, CPC, has extensive experience in operational leadership, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and Executive Director at Advance Services, Inc. since June 2007. Prior roles include Regional Manager and Office Manager within the same organization. Prior to Advance Services, Peggy was a Program Manager at Arbor Education and Training from July 2001 to May 2007, and an Employment Consultant at Curtis & Associates from March 1997 to July 2001. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Doane University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
