Mary Lucy Samonte has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mary Lucy began their career at Republic Planters Bank as a New Accounts Clerk and Bank Teller. Mary Lucy then transitioned into the field of design and layout, working as a Layout Artist and later as a Design and Layout Supervisor at Management Review Publishing, Inc. and ImageSetters Management, Inc. During this time, they supervised design and layout projects and coordinated with printing presses.

Moving into the furniture industry, Mary worked as a Sales Executive at Mozaic Living, Inc., where they managed the entire office and store operations, made sales and marketing efforts, and oversaw furniture manufacturing. Mary Lucy went on to become the Manager Sales at Artesania Manila Furniture, Inc., where their responsibilities included sales and marketing, client calls and product presentations, and managing client orders for high-end furniture.

Mary then joined Salarium as a Payroll Solutions Advisor, where they handled telephone and email prospecting, gathered key information about companies to qualify them for the Solutions team, and set up appointments for software demonstrations.
