Steve Reynolds, PE has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Steve currently holds the position of Vice President - Engineering at Advance Lifts, where they started in February 2022. Prior to this role, Steve served as the Engineering Manager at Matot from September 2017 to February 2022. Steve also worked as a Sr. Program Manager at Inventus Power from August 2016 to September 2017. Steve's earlier experience includes various roles at Magnetrol International, where they served as the Manager of Sustaining Engineering, Evaluation Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering from July 2010 to August 2016. Steve was also a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor from January 2008 to July 2010 and a Sr. Project Engineer from November 1999 to January 2008. Prior to joining Magnetrol International, Steve worked as a Reliability Engineer at LyondellBasell Equistar Chemicals from June 1995 to November 1999.

Steve Reynolds, PE obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1995. In 2011, they received their Professional Engineer (PE) license from the State of Illinois. In 2013, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Finally, in 2016, they became a Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
