Earlier experience includes a role as a System Administrator at AIPL Ambuja Housing & Urban Infrastructure Limited from February 2009 to March 2013, focusing on computer hardware, software, and internet issues for Amritsar sites. Salil Kumar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Global Open University Nagaland, Dimapur, between 2013 and 2015.
