Eric Gilbert has a diverse work experience, starting as a Perceptionist at Perceptionist, Inc. Family of Companies in 2013. Eric then worked as an Insurance Leads Consultant and also in Travel Sales and Conference Promotions at Precise Leads. In 2016, they joined AutoSweet as a Sales Executive, where they streamlined online inventory and lead management for automotive professionals nationwide. Following that, they worked as a National Sales Executive at Precise Leads. In 2017, they became a National Sales Executive at Precise Leads, focusing on enterprise calls and transfers. In 2019, they joined Quote Storm as the Chief Revenue Officer. In 2020, they became a Founding Partner at AllWell Insurance Services. Eric also served as the Owner and President of Formula Marketing & Analytics from 2018. In 2023, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Advance Client Solutions, as well as a Board Member at Responsible Enterprises Against Consumer Harassment (R.E.A.C.H).

Eric Gilbert earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and English from The Ohio State University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014.
