Tom Augustyn is an experienced professional in Product Information Management (PIM) and project management, currently serving as the Director of Product Information Management at Advance Auto Parts since March 2021. Prior to this role, Tom held significant positions at Caterpillar Inc. as PIM Lead, overseeing all PIM capabilities for eCommerce solutions, and at Cabela's as Product Information Management Manager, where the focus was on maintaining and managing the PIM system. Tom has also contributed to various organizations including InterAct Public Safety Systems, General Electric, and Borders Group, demonstrating a strong capability in system development and management. Tom's career began at Federal-Mogul Corporation and included roles at Electronic Data Systems and Adistra Corporation. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology.
