Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Stores for North America at Converse, leading over 100 stores and collaborating with various departments to drive strategic growth. Paul’s earlier roles include Regional Director at Carters Inc., District Manager at EXPRESS, and Flagship Brand Manager at Tommy Hilfiger. Paul holds a degree in International Marketing with a Spanish minor from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
