Janine Jaschke is a Financial Controller at ADVA Optical Networking since October 2016, responsible for global budgeting, monitoring, and analysis of OPEX and CAPEX, as well as managing SOX compliant sales compensation. Previously, Janine worked as a Project Assistant Controlling at Mig Verwaltungs AG and took a sabbatical from October 2012 to September 2013. Janine's early career includes a role as a Business Development Associate at KPMG, where monthly financial analysis and reporting to the executive board were conducted. Janine holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and a Diploma in International Administration and Management from Euro-Schule Chemnitz.
