Chris Newman is currently a Senior Engineer R&D System Integration Test at ADVA Optical Networking since January 2016. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Senior System Test Automation Engineer II at Overture Networks from March 2010 to January 2016. Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Throughout their career, Chris has gained extensive experience in test automation, database design, web interface development, and equipment tracking for R&D sites. Chris has showcased expertise in creating flexible frameworks for test traffic generation and has a track record of automating numerous test cases to improve efficiency.
