Zachary Williams currently serves as the Lead Pastor at The Crossing since March 2023 and has been the Dean of Spiritual Development at Adult & Teen Challenge of Oklahoma since September 2014. In this role, Zachary also acts as Aftercare Coordinator, Department Head, and Campus Pastor. Prior experience includes working as the Creative Arts Director, teaching music, drama, and art to youth aged 13-18 in a rehabilitation setting, as well as positions at Mardel Christian & Education and Sodexo. Zachary's career began at Pioneer College Caterers, Inc., where duties included management and customer service. Zachary earned a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Central Bible College in 2013, after completing high school at East Liverpool High School in 2008.
