Scott Welker is a seasoned professional in sales engineering with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Director of Sales Engineering at Adtran since January 2023, Scott previously held the position of Sales Engineering Manager for RSPs/ASPs at the same company. Prior to Adtran, Scott worked at ADVA Optical Networking as a System Consultant from August 2017 to February 2023 and contributed to MRV Communications as Manager of System Engineering from January 2006 to August 2017. Scott's career also includes a role as Senior Sales Engineer at Redback Networks from 2004 to 2005. Scott holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
