Jill Okolita, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in HR technology and people analytics, currently serving as the Director of HR Technology and People Analytics at Adtalem Global Education. Previously, Jill held various positions including Senior Manager and Manager of HRIS and Analytics. Jill's expertise extends to consulting roles at ihouse, a HUB International company, and managing human capital information systems at Alliant Credit Union, where responsibilities included training and organizational development. Jill began a career in human resources at DuPage County as an HR Assistant. Academically, Jill earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School and a Master of Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
